The swing itself is wonderful. However we have some concerns regarding the straps that hold the platform, they don't look like they will last very long. For the price we paid for the swing it should be long lasting. In new England especially with our 4 seasons and harsh winters we will either have to take the swing part down which will be a hassle or get a cover for it. I understand chains really aren't an option because the swing needs to be able to move, but even a plastic coated cable would be so much longer lasting. Slightly disappointed with the construction but it is a wonderful idea and for the time being it is working out fine.
